artificial flowers - Hydrangeas are perfect since the hole is already there.

Garbage bag Hula Skirt
supplies: plastic garbage bags with cinch handle (2 per child) no gathers at bottom, needs to lay flat. Kirkland bags from Costco work great, permanent markers to decorate.
-Color tropical designs, verses, themes, truths, etc… on bags.
Cut bottom off both bags. Cut 1”-2” strips up to cinch tie with out cutting it.
Wear both bags at the same time. The static cling can get pretty out-of-control. I haven’t tried it yet, but was thinking that some spray starch or static spray would probably help.
